- That we will deliver in 3 working days or less unless specified as you buy  (around Christmas, the post can be slower, so please bear with us at times like this)

- That we offer FREEPOST returns on all products delivered within the UK, so it won't cost you anything to send them back to us to try a different size.

-That we offer FREEPOST returns to send back all items for a product cost refund if you are not completely delighted with your purchase. Please note we can't refund any delivery costs unless the item is faulty. We will accept returns for up to 14 days from the original purchase date.

-That if you can't see what you want, please contact us, and we will try to help.

Very occasionally an item goes out of stock for which we have taken an order for. When this happens, we will get back to you as soon as we can, to let you know there is a problem, and to find a solution for you. We usually can!  We hope you like our service.
