How do I register?
You will be asked to register before you make your first purchase, but
after you have decided what you wish to buy. When you register, we collect
the information we need to fulfil your order, or to contact you if there's
a problem. During registration, you can also view the full terms and conditions
of our online shopping service. You'll need to provide your name, address,
contact telephone number etc, but you don't have to enter your credit
card details at this stage. This is handled separately,on the next page
by Secure Trading, on their secure site.
What happens if my details change?
You can change your details online, by going to the Checkout.
Even if your basket is shown as empty, you can make changes to the details
as necessary. We do not hold your Credit card details.If you want to remove
all your details, please do it using this
link.
How do I check/change my order?
E-mail us with the cancellation/change details! We want to know as soon
as you want something altered, so please let us know ASAP.

Don't worry, it's quite easy to find your way around once you know how!
Use the pictures to select the items you want to see, or the links at
the bottom of each page. Most pictures will have a description that pops
up when you put your mouse over it. To see what's in your basket, that
is near the checkout link, at the top right.
You can return to the home page from any area of the site by clicking
on the 'lucyalice.co.uk' logo at the top.
How does my shopping basket work?
Just like a shopping basket in a shop, you can put things in your basket
(by clicking on the 'add to basket' button) without having to buy them
- it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in.
You are not commiting to a purchase until you take your selected item(s)
through the checkout. You can check what is in your basket at any time
by clicking on the shopping basket tab. If you want to remove something,
simply change the quantity to zero (0) and click on recalculate/update
basket. When you have finished your shopping, click on 'checkout'. At
this point you will have to register or log in, then enter your payment
and delivery details.
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be
sent to another address?
Yes, we do let you do this, but it is at our discretion. This is because
we have to protect your credit card from fraud, and we need to be sure
that we are delivering the goods to the card holder.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes! We deliver to most countries, but not the Far East or Eastern Europe
by credit card. If you live in one of these areas, please pay by cheque.

However, should you discover a problem upon delivery, we want to help
put matters right.
We will refund your money or exchange any item without question. We only
ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition
with the appropriate packing slip within 14 days. When mailing your return
please obtain a proof of postage certificate which is available free of
charge from any Post Office. Please note we do pay the cost of return
postage if the goods are of an unsatisfactory quality. Due to the difficulty
of selecting Womens Suits, all products can be returned using a free post
address, which is supplied with the garment.
Is it safe to give my bank account or card details
online?

Can I Pay by Direct Transfer?

necessary, once the order is placed.
Can I pay through Paypal?
Yes! As with Direct Transfer, Check, Postal order, Bankers Draft or by
posting your credit details, select the

Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We at Lucy Alice
will send you an e-mail confirming your order straight away, and another
e-mail to let you know if for some reason we cannot despatch immediately.
Goods will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order,
but please allow up to 7 working days for them to reach you if ordering
from outside the UK. Please ensure that all the details that you give
us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively.

Very occasionally, something you order may be out of stock. If you have
not received it within 14 days, we will contact you to discuss your order.

Taxes
All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable at 17.5%.
If you are buying from the US of A, then when you checkout VAT is deducted
from the price that you pay, so your final total is likely to be less

For all items we offer a next Day delivery in the UK. You can add it

How do I know what colour the Garment
is?
After several trials, we have decised not to put up a colour chart. This
is because different monitors show colours in completely different ways.
A Navy can also look black, grey, or green depending upon how your computer
is configured. Trust us. These are classy colours. If you do not like
them, send the garment back...freepost!
